SHIVAMOGGA: The National Investigation Agency (NIA), which had arrested Arafat Ali at the Delhi airport last month in connection with the trial blasts carried out on the banks of the Tunga river, has now issued notice to four more people to present themselves for enquiry.

The central agency has summoned Shamshuddin, Rizwan, Najibulla and Tamim, all hailing from Thirthahalli, to present themselves at its office in Bengaluru by noon on October 19.
