Naxal movement reported in Kadaba taluk, group of six visited house in village

The Anti-Naxal Force has stepped up combing operations.

MANGALURU: Movement of Naxals has been reported again in Kadaba taluk with a group of six reported to have visited a house at Cheru village near Kombaru.

The group visited the house on Friday night, had dinner and collected from groceries. They reportedly spent about two hours in the house. Following this, the Anti-Naxal Force (ANF) visited the house and collected information.

About a week ago, movement of Naxals was reported near Ainekidu in Subrahmanya and the increased Naxal activity in the run-up to the Lok Sabha election has raised concerns.
