BENGALURU: The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (BMRCL) is conducting an online survey to gauge rider satisfaction with the facilities being offered and to make improvements wherever necessary.

The BMRCL has put up a set of 17 questions regarding the services, punctuality, maintenance of stations, security arrangement, passenger amenities, first- and last-mile connectivity among other issues and responses can be submitted online till July 15.

Those willing to participate in the survey can visit https://bmrc.co.in/ and submit their responses under the Customer Satisfaction link. The BMRCL has posted the link on Twitter too. Respondents will have to use their Google ID and can fill in the Google form to complete the survey. Based on the inputs, the Metro MD will take up the issues with the government, a statement said.

Namma Metro had conducted a survey during the Covid pandemic, but did not get proper responses. Hence, it has taken up the online survey again with a view to improve facilities.
