BENGALURU: Some unidentified miscreants, believed to have been under the influence of drugs, set a few two-wheelers on fire at Mariyamma Street in Vasanthnagar in the early hours on Sunday.
The miscreants committed the crime around 5 am and five two-wheelers were burnt in the incident. Locals alleged that the miscreants committed the act after consuming ganja.
A Honda Activa, Yamaha R15, a Bajaj Dominar were among the five two-wheelers completely burnt in the incident. A car parked next to the bikes also caught fire, but there is no major damage reported.
The scene of the miscreants walking on the road before committing the crime was captured on CCTV. The police are now gathering information from the locals to trace them.
