Miscreant damages windshields of three parked cars with machete

BENGALURU: An unidentified person damaged the windows of three parked cars with a machete near the BJP office in Malleshwaram on Sunday morning. The act of miscreant, who came on a bike, was recorded on CCTV camera.

In the video, the miscreant can be seen wielding a machete and smashing the windshields of a parked Toyota Innova, Hyundai i10 and a Ford Figo car.

Surprisingly, the owners of cars are refusing to file a complaint with the Malleswaram police and are even ready to get the damage fixed themselves. The windshields are said to cost about Rs 10,000 each.

The Malleswaram police are yet to ascertain the motive for the miscreant’s act and are on the lookout for him.
