BELAGAVI: A 7-year-old boy died after he was accidentally crushed under the wheels of a tractor at Tevaratti village in Athani taluk on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Sudarshan Hamanmantha Neelajagi (7). His uncle was dropping him off to school when his school bag accidentally got caught in the wheels of the tractor. Sudarshan fell from the tractor, got crushed under its wheels and died.
The incident occurred in Athani police station limits and a case has been registered.
