Lokayukta officials raid RTO staffer in Ballari, seize unaccounted cash, valuables

BALLARI: The Lokayukta police on Thursday raided a staffer of the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and recovered a huge amount of unaccounted cash and other valuables from his residence.

The raided official is Nagesh, a second division assistant at the RTO, The Lokayukta police found Rs 3 lakh in cash and gold and silver articles. Further investigation is under way.
