VIJAYAPURA: Opposition leader Siddaramaiah has challenged the government saying that if the BJP has the gumption, the state government should give free house to the poor.

Attacking the BJP over the allegations of 40 per cent commission, he said, “Even the walls of the legislature are whispering about how much commission should be given to the BJP government. People are committing suicide after writing names of ministers. Some of them committed suicide after mentioning the names of senior leaders like K S Eshwarappa, M T B Nagaraj and Aravind Limbavali”, he remarked at a rally here on Tuesday.

“Aravind Limbavali should be arrested by police and he should not get a clean chit like Ehwarappa got away in the contractor Santhosh Patil suicide case. The contractor’s association has also made allegations about 40 per cent commission against the government. Instead of conducting an inquiry into the allegations, the police have arrested the contractors’ association president Kempanna. The BJP is only a bundle of lies. The Congress should be brought back to power to save the state”, he added.
