HUBBALLI: A lecturer at the PC Jabin College of Science here committed suicide at the college quarters on Tuesday night. The deceased is Praveen Kumar U R (35), but the reason for the suicide was not immediately known.
Praveen, who hailed from Davanagere district, had been teaching chemistry in the college for the last four years and his wife had delivered a boy child just 10 days ago. The Vidyanagar police visited the spot and have taken up further investigation after registering a case.
