BENGALURU: A senior lawyer died after a bike rammed into him on Gandhi Bazaar road in Basavanagudi on Monday night. The deceased lawyer has been identified as K T Dakappa, a native of Shivamogga.
On Monday night, the lawyer went to the DVJ Road office after parking his car. The incident took place when he was returning to the place where he had parked his car to return home.
The accused biker Aditya (21) who came on a KTM bike with high speed, rammed with him. Dakappa suffered severe head injuries and was admitted to Manipal Hospital. He died around 3 am on Tuesday morning without responding to the treatment.
Basavanagudi traffic police visited the accident site and registered a case.
