BENGALURU: Two people died and several others were injured after a KSRTC bus crashed into a parked lorry filled with stones at Mylapore Gate on the Hoskote-Kolar National Highway on Monday morning.
The bus was on its way from Kolar to Bengaluru. Both the deceased were travelling in the bus. About 20 other passengers, including three children, sustained injuries and were taken to a private hospital in Hoskote for treatment.
A case has been registered at Bengaluru Rural police station. Superintendent of Police Mallikarjuna Baladande visited the spot.
