BENGALURU: Karnataka Milk Federation’s (KMF) Nandini is set to challenge Gujarat’s Amul in the IPL 2026 sponsorship battle. KMF has floated a tender to appoint an agency to facilitate its association with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) as an official partner in the dairy products category.
Nandini aims to leverage RCB’s popularity and Virat Kohli’s star power to promote its brand, especially in markets like Delhi, Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh. The proposed partnership includes using RCB players for promotional campaigns, setting up kiosks at stadiums for on-ground sales, and digital promotions.
This move is part of KMF’s strategy to expand its presence beyond Karnataka and challenge Amul’s dominance in the dairy market. Amul had sponsored RCB in the previous IPL season, but Nandini is now making a strong bid to take over.
