BENGALURU: Popular Sandalwood actor and director Upendra was admitted to Harsha Hospital near Nelamangala on Thursday following breathing problems, but he was discharged soon after following treatment.
The actor was at the location where the movie ‘UI’ was being shot when he developed breathing problems due to thick smoke on the set and developed severe cough. As a precautionary measure, he was taken to the hospital.
After consulting the doctor and getting necessary treatment, Upendra rested in the hospital for some time, and was discharged later. The actor returned to the shooting location and resumed his work. Upendra provided health updates from the shooting location on Facebook Live, putting an end to all rumors about his health.
