BENGALURU: Kannada actor Abhishek Ambareesh is set to tie the knot with Aviva Biddappa on June 9 and 10 in the city. Several reports suggested that Abhishek and Aviva met at a fashion event and they have been in a relationship for five years before getting engaged.
The news of the wedding has brought happiness to Sumalatha Ambareesh and family also to their fans. Model and designer Aviva Bidappa is the daughter of celebrity fashion designer Prasad Bidappa.
After the Karnataka Assembly elections, Sandalwood will witness a star wedding in the city. A reception and post-wedding lunch will be hosted at Mandya on June 12. More than 10,000 guests are likely to attend the event.
On April 5, Abhishek Ambareesh and Sumalata Ambareesh visited Delhi and invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the wedding. Earlier, on December 11 last year, the duo got engaged in an intimate ceremony at a prestigious hotel in the city.
