Cracks on the walls of the house allegedly caused after blasts were carried out in the adjacent site.

BENGALURU: A house owner has complained that cracks have developed on his walls after dynamite was carried out for blasting rocks at an adjacent site in Annapurneshwari Nagar.

The police have registered a case under the Explosive Substances Act.

According to the house owner Somashekar, workers used dynamite sticks to blast some rocks at an adjacent site where a building is coming up. He even got into an argument with the workers and later lodged a complaint with the Annapurneshwari Nagar police against the site owner, contractor and the labourers.

The police, who visited the spot, have registered a case under the Explosive Substances Act and taken up further investigation.
