BENGALURU: In a shocking case, a history-sheeter and his gang kidnapped and tortured another rowdy, and even cut off his finger. The incident occurred near Huskur in Anekal taluk, and is believed to be a result of old enmity.
Karthik, a history-sheeter, was kidnapped by Ganga and his accomplices on Tuesday night. They brutally attacked him, cutting off his finger, and tortured him throughout the night. He was later dumped near Hosur in Tamil Nadu, and was found by locals who took him to a hospital.
Karthik is currently undergoing treatment at Narayana Hrudayalaya hospital, with his condition reported to be critical. The police have registered a case and are investigating the incident, suspecting old rivalry as the motive.
