We are in that plan, and any deaths should be 100 per cent certified, said Aditya Amlan Biswas.

A 27-year-old man named Sanjay, who got married just two-and-half months ago, died of a heart attack in Holenarasipura taluk. Sanjay had gone to a party with friends and complained of chest pain on Monday evening.
