Freedom fighter dies after Independence Day celebrations in Mudhol taluk

BAGALKOT: Just when the 75th Independence Day celebrations had concluded, a freedom fighter breathed his last on Tuesday midnight at Bichakhandi village in Mudhol taluk.

Tammappanna Budni (94), the freedom fighter, was a follower of Vinoba Bhave. Hi slast rites will be conducted at his native village on Tuesday afternoon.
