BENGALURU: Four individuals allegedly indulged in bestiality with a stray dog, gangraped the animal while under the influence of alcohol in Kodathi village on Sarjapur Road.
The incident occurred around 10.30 pm on October 13. Some locals reported the matter to the Bellandur police station, but initially, the Varthur police station had registered a complaint about the dog’s disappearance. Later, a complaint was filed with the Bellandur police station alleging bestiality with a dog.
The police investigation revealed that the dog was subjected to sexual abuse when a woman was out on a walk with her pet. The cries of the dog alerted others, who then discovered the horrific act. The Bellandur police visited and conducted an inspection. Further investigation is under way to identify and apprehend the perpetrators.
