BENGALURU: Former minister and senior BJP leader S Suresh Kumar has written the Primary and Secondary Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa demanding action against a PU college teacher who had posted a derogatory comment about the Chandrayaan-3 mission on social media.
Hulikunte Murthy, a Kannada teacher at the Government PU College in Malleswaram had posted a derogatory after the launch of the spacecraft on July 17. Murthy was said to earlier working at the Government PU College at Kanasawadi in Doddaballapur taluk.
Questioning what values such a teacher could impart to students, the BJP leader said in a letter that action should be initiated to ensure that such incidents do not recur.
