Former Bigg Boss contestant Divya Suresh admits to involvement in hit-and-run accident

BENGALURU: Former Bigg Boss contestant Divya Suresh admitted to her involvement in a hit-and-run case during the questioning by the police. The incident had taken place just 300-400 metres away from Byatarayanapura police station.

A has been registered against at the Byatarayanapura traffic police station. The police tracked down Divya’s car based on the registration plate and questioned her.

During the inquiry, Divya reportedly admitted to the accident, stating that she was in a hurry to catch a flight to Hyderabad on October 4 and didn’t stop to check on the victim. She also mentioned that there were three people on the bike involved in the incident.

The complainant alleged that they were taking an unwell person to the hospital when Divya’s car hit them suddenly and didn’t stop at least for courtesy to check on the victim.

Divya Suresh has posted a video on her Instagram about the incident and clarified on the accident. She said that nobody is above the law and those who have done wrong will be punished.
