Forest minister encounters tiger during safari in Nagarhole

A tiger was resting on the track when minister Eshwar Khandre went on a safari tour.

MYSURU: Forest, Ecology and Environment Minister Eshwar Khandre spent time in the lap of nature and experienced some exhilarating moments when he visited the Nagarahole tiger reserve on Monday.

The minister also went on a boat ride in the Kabini backwaters.

The minister went on a wildlife safari in the Kabini forest range and was lucky enough to spot a tiger. The big cat was relaxing on the safari track itself and later walked toward the safari vehicle before disappearing into the forest.

The minister also enjoyed a speed boat ride in the backwaters of the Kabini river.
