BENGALURU: A fire broke out at a furniture godown near Dattatreya Temple Road in Malleswaram on Saturday. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
An electrical short circuit is suspected to be the cause of the fire. On getting the information about the incident, the police and fire tenders reached the spot and doused the fire.
The godown was closed at the time of incident and the owners and staff had left for home the previous evening. However, lakhs of rupees worth of photo frames were destroyed in the fire.
