BENGALURU: The Education Department has decided to implement webcasting for the SSLC preparatory examination in addition to the public exams. This move aims to familiarise students with the webcasting system and reduce their fear during the exams.

The preparatory exams will be conducted thrice a year: in the first week of January, the last week of January, and the last week of February. Webcasting will be implemented for all three exams.

The decision to introduce webcasting for preparatory exams is to help students get accustomed to the system, as most competitive exams are now conducted with webcasting. This will also help reduce students’ anxiety during the public exams.

For the last two years, webcasting has been arranged for SSLC exams. The Education department believes that this move will help improve the SSLC results and make students more comfortable with the webcasting system.
