BENGALURU: A drunk man was brutally murdered by a youth for allegedly abusing the latter’s mother. The incident occurred in Ramachandra Layout under Jnanabharathi police station limits.
The accused Karthik (26) allegedly killed Avinash (38) by hitting him with an iron rod after the latter used abusive language against his mother under the influence of alcohol. The police have registered a case and taken the accused, Karthik, into custody for further investigation.
