GADAG: Farmer Shekarappa Chalavadi’s pet dog got into a fight with a cobra when they entered the farm at Hadali village in Nargund taluk on Saturday. The dog bit the snake in the tail and the snake too bit the dog several times. The farmer called for a veterinarian, but by then, both the dog and the snake had died.
