MALAPPURAM: The death toll in the Malappuram boat capsize incident rose to 22 on Monday, the Malappuram Superintendent of Police (SP) said.
The incident happened in Malappuram district of Kerala, where a tourist boat capsized near the Tanur coast. Several vehicles reached the spot and started the rescue operation.
After the overnight rescue efforts, the operation was resumed on Monday morning. More details are awaited. (ANI)
