CHIKKABALLAPUR: The Chikkaballapur cyber crime police have seized 154 kg of ganja worth Rs 50 lakh from a man selling vessels and other household articles and arrested him.
Srinivas alias Pettodu of Madanapalle was transporting the ganja in a goods vehicle from Andhra Pradesh when he was intercepted by the CEN police near Madikere cross in Chintamani taluk. Srinivas is accused of supplying ganja in Chikkaballapur, Hoskote, Devanahalli and Bengaluru.
The police have seized the ganja and the vehicle and registered a case.
