BENGALURU: A customer, Praveen Rajashekhar from K R Puram, purchased Mysore Sandal soaps worth Rs 132 on Amazon, only to be shocked when he saw the delivery (shipping) charge — a whopping Rs 960.
This unusual charge was discovered when Rajashekhar checked the bill for his August 25 order, which included three other items along with the soap.
