Sruthi Hariharan had challenged the B-report filed by the police.

BENGALURU: Actress Sruthi Hariharan, who had levelled allegations of sexual misconduct against actor Arjun Sarja, has been issued a notice by a court to produce evidence after she challenged the B-report filed by the police in the case.

In 2018, Sruthi Hariharan has accused Arjun Sarja of sexual misconduct and inappropriate behaviour on the sets of the film ‘Nibunan’, which was released in 2017. She had shared her #MeToo story on Twitter.

Sruthi Hariharan had levelled #MeToo allegations against Arjun Sarja in 2018.

The police, who investigated the allegations against Arjun Sarja, filed a B-report before the court after finding no evidence. Sruthi Hariharan had challenged the B-report in court.

The court, which heard her petition, ordered notice to her to produce evidence in connection with the case.
