KALABURAGI: A couple, who were bathing their buffaloes, died after they accidentally fell into a well at Areboppanahalli in KR Pet taluk on Friday. The deceased were identified as Vasanthamma (65) and Kalegowda (70).
The couple were bathing their buffaloes next to an open well when Vasanthamma accidentally fell into it. In an attempt to rescue her, Kalegowda to jumped in, but both died. A case has been registered at the KR Pet police station in connection with the unnatural deaths.
