KARWAR: The Coastal Police rescued a mentally unstable person who was drowning in the Arabian Sea. The incident took place at Tagore Beach in Karwar.
Due to the rain, the waves were very strong. When Coastal Police noticed someone drowning in the middle of the sea, they took a local boat and went to the spot.
There, they found a mentally ill man drowning and immediately pulled him out of the sea and rescued him. It is suspected that the man may have been trying to end his life.
