BENGALURU: Angered over an argument with a woman, who insisted that the place in front of her house be cleaned first, civic workers dumped one load of garbage in front of her house Weavers Colony in Nelamangala.
The woman allegedly abused the pourakarmikas with foul language. Angered by this, they dumped garbage from a tractor in front of her house. It is said that Puttamma of Ward Number 14 had a quarrel with civic worker Ashok Kumar regarding garbage clearance. While engaged in cleanliness work near a Rajakaluve, the woman insisted that garbage in front of her house should be cleared first.
A verbal altercation ensued between the pourakarmika and woman over the issue. At this time, the woman allegedly abused the pourakarmika in foul language. The incident, which occurred during a public cleanliness work, has become a topic of local discussion.
