MYSURU: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah inspected the progress of work on his palatial three-storey house here on Monday.

Siddaramaiah, who was in the city to attend a private ceremony, is constructing a huge house on Vishwa Manava Double Road in the city. He has been living in a rented house belonging to his friend and had sold a house which he had bought years ago.

Siddaramaiah’s older son Rakesh had bought a farm on the outskirts of Mysuru and was building a farm house, but he died before its completion. Later on, Siddaramaiah built a huge house in traditional style at his native Siddaramana Hundi village.

Siddaramaiah’s new house is coming up on Vishwa Manava Double Road in Mysuru.

Now, he is building a new house within the city and his younger son and former MLA Dr Yathindra is overseeing the construction.
