Chaitra Kundapur has no epilepsy, she induced foaming at mouth herself: Dr Divya Prakash

BENGALURU: Medical tests have established that the health condition of Chaitra Kundapur, the main accused in a Rs 5 crore fraud case, is in fact good said Dr Divya Prakash. He further said all her tests and ECG were normal.

A  team of a neurologist and psychiatrist checked her and no health problems were found. The authorities said that Chaitra will be discharged today.

Responding to a query on foaming at the mouth, doctors said Chaitra had induced it herself and added that she did not have epileptic seizures.

To a question on whether she had any health issues, the neurologist said they did an MRI scan and added, “We have also done ECG scanning and everything is normal. There were no signs of epileptic seizures. She has been given some pills”.
