Cases registered against two for derogatory posts on Ram Mandir, PM Modi

HAVERI, DHARWAD: Cases were registered against two youths in separate cases for their objectionable social media posts on the Ayodhya Ram mandir and derogatory comments against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Sadiq Dalrotti (26) of Hediyala village in Ranebennur taluk, had posted an audio message with derogatory comments against the PM and also a photo of the Ram temple at Ayodhya with the words ‘Allah hu Akbar’ written across. Shivanagouda Mulkigoudar and other Hindu activists had lodged a complaint with the Halageri police and demanded Sadiq’s arrest.

 

In another case, Saddam Hussain Ismailsab Nadaf, a resident of Tadakoda village in Dharwad taluk was arrested for posting an image of the Ram temple with Islamic flags atop the domes. The caption read ‘Islamic power’ and ‘Power of Islam’.

The Garag police registered a suo motu case for disturbing peace and produced him before a court which remanded him to judicial custody.

Meanwhile, the Sri Ram Sene has expressed anger and has decided to invite the miscreant to the Ram temple at Ayodhya. The activists plan to visit Saddam’s house on January 30 and take him to Ayodhya at their own cost.
