Cab driver suffers eye injury after CNG nozzle comes off due to pressure at Koramangala fuel station

BENGALURU: A cab driver suffered severe eye damage while filling CNG into his vehicle at a fuel station in Koramangala on Sunday. He is currently undergoing treatment in hospital.

A major mishap occurred at the CNG bunk when the CNG nozzle attached to the car suddenly came off due to high pressure. The CNG burst into the car driver’s eye following which he was monentarily blinded and collapsed to the ground.

As soon as the incident occurred, auto drivers who were nearby and the bunk staff rushed to help the cab driver. The entire incident was captured on a CCTV camera installed at the fuel station.
