BENGALURU: A businessman, hailing from Bihar, has been arrested by the Ashok Nagar police for raping a student at gunpoint in the city.
Anil Ravishankar Prasad, who is into ceramic tiles business, barged into a PG accommodation owned by him and allegedly raped the student after threatening her with his licenced revolver. The police have now seized the revolver.
The accused was produced before a court which has remanded him in police custody for three days.
