Boy travelling with grandfather by bus loses his way, reunited with parents

The three-year-old-boy was reunited with his parents.

CHIKKAMAGALUR: A three-year-old boy, who lost his way after getting off a bus, was rescued by a Karnataka Rakshna Vedike (KRV) activist and reunited with the parents.

The boy, from Tanigebail village, was travelling with his grandfather in a bus to Tarikere. When the bus reached Lingadahalli, the grandfather dozed off and the boy got off the bus. He then boarded another bus which was heading to Tarikere.

When the bus reached Tarikere, the boy started crying, while searching for his grandfather and would not answer any questions from bystanders. The taluk president of KRV, Imran, then took the boy into confidence by buying him some chocolates when the boy revealed the name of his village.

Imran immediately got in touch with the KRV Lingadahalli hobli president who then conveyed the information to the boy’s parents. The boy was finally reunited with his parents at the Tarikere police station.
