BIDAR: A blackbuck which had strayed into Basavakalyan town, was attacked by stray dogs, leaving it badly injured.
Hounded, bitten and chased around, the blackbuck finally dashed into a private hospital. The incident was caught on CCTV camera.
On seeing the plight of the animal, the doctors and staff of the hospital treated it for wounds and nursed it through the night. The Forest Department officials were informed and, on Saturday morning, the blackbuck was again released into a forest.
