BENGALURU, BALLARI: The Belthangady police have issued a notice to controversial YouTuber Sameer M D to appear for questioning at 10 am on Sunday before the investigating officer.
The notices were stuck on Sameer’s houses at Hullahalli in Bannerghatta and Bandihatti in Ballari on Friday evening as he was not available at both places.
Sameer is in the eye of a storm after posting a controversial AI-generated video on the alleged mass burials in Dharmasthala. Anticipating arrest, he has already secured conditional anticipatory bail from a court in Belthangady.
The police had earlier issued notices to the YouTuber on July 28, August 2 and August 13 to appear for questioning. However, he has skipped appearing before the police on all three occasion.
