We have already met ministers Krishna Byregowda, Byrathi Suresh and Ramalinga Reddy and presented a memorandum. We have met the governor too. The chief engineers have already conducted checks and issued reports, but the BBMP chief commissioner is not clearing our bills. We don’t know why they are troubling us”.
