BAGALKOT: A weaver from Bagalkot has drawn the attention of many people by creating the national flag and ISRO Chandrayaan-3 on an Ilakal saree border.
The weaver, Meghraj Gudatti, said about his creation, “I have tried my best to pay respect to the ISRO scientists by weaving this art”.
This is not the first time that Meghraj has displayed his artistic skills on an Ilkal saree, which have gained fame and popularity in the country.
Earlier, while the foundation stone of the Ram Mandir was being laid in Ayodhya, he drew a blueprint of the Ram Mandir on a saree and drew a lot of respect and appreciation from netizens.
Meghraj wished Puneeth Rajkumar’s last film ‘James’ a special wish to celebrate the centenary of the film. He also wished the film ‘Kantara’ would get an Oscar award with a display design on a saree.
