BENGALURU: Founder and Managing Director of Attica Gold Company, Bommanahalli Babu, was arrested by the Andhra Pradesh police on Friday in a case registered in that state.
Sheik Minaz, who is married to Ayub alias Attica Babu, has alleged that on December 12, he assaulted her, ransacked the house in Yellur and even threatened to kill her. A case was registered under IPC Sections 448, 342, 307, 386, 427, 506 and for dowry harassment.
The Yellur police, with the help of the Central Crime Branch and the High Grounds police, took Babu into custody and took him to Anantapur where he was arrested and produced before a court.
