BENGALURU: Actor-director Rishab Shetty of ‘Kantara’ fame took part in ‘Maisandaya Daiva Nemotsava’ and sought blessings before commencing production of ‘Kantara Chapter-1’, held at Gurupur Vajradehi Math in Mangaluru.
Rishab Shetty is gearing up to commence production of ‘Kantara Chapter-1’ after his highly successful film Kantara. Meanwhile, he is visiting temples and daivas to seek blessings before the start of the shoot for the prequel. The Daiva has blessed him with courage and advised him, “No matter what problems you face, don’t get discouraged. Go ahead, and I will be with you”, he said with gestures.
The teaser of the much-anticipated movie ‘Kantara Chapter 1’, released recently, raised curiosity among the audience and has received millions of views. The multilingual posters and teaser for the movie were released in seven languages. The teaser talks about a hero being born during the reign of the Kadamba kings. It shows a blood-soaked Rishab Shetty standing in a deep cave with a flowing beard and mane.
Rishabh Shetty also featured in the teaser and most of the star actors from the South were stunned. Many artists, including Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran appreciated and wished him all the best.
In this teaser introducing the world of ‘Kantara’, Rishabh Shetty’s character and costume have attracted much attention. The uproar of the first part is repeated in Chapter 1 and a new legend story is created. Not only that, Rishabh Shetty’s character has created a new wonder among the spectators.
