BENGALURU: The budget of the movie ‘Kantara-2’, which will be directed and acted by Rishabh Shetty, has been a topic of discussion for many days. It was said that this film will require two to three times more budget than that of the ‘Kantara’ movie. However, the actual budget was given out by Raj B. Shetty.
Raj B Shetty’s movie ‘Toby’ is set to be released in Malayalam and he has been busy with the film’s promotion and campaigning in Kerala. On this occasion, Raj B Shetty, speaking to media persons there, claimed that the estimated budget of the ‘Kantara-2’ is Rs 100 crore and added that the movie does need such a big budget.
‘Kantara-2’ is in script stage. Raj B Shetty has claimed that this is a big-budget movie raising curiosity about the second edition of ‘Kantara’.
In addition to this, he also shared information about the movie ‘Charlie’ and said it is not possible for the movie Charlie-2 to come. The director is engaged in another story.
Rishabh Shetty is involved in the work on the ‘Kantara-2’ movie. He has involved himself in the script work along with selecting shooting locations and artists. Earlier, Rishabh Shetty said that Hombale Films will provide more information, including the ‘muhurta’.
