Man wearing helmet steals three cows in Bengaluru’s Amruthahalli, arrested

BENGALURU: Police arrested a thief who had stolen three cows worth Rs 2 lakh while wearing a helmet in Amrutahalli police station limits. The cattle theft was captured on CCTV camera.

The cows were tied near an empty plot close to a government school in Jakkur. However, they went missing around 11 am on January 15. After searching for three days, the cattle owner filed a complaint at the Amrutahalli police station, and an FIR was registered on January 19.

The police arrested one of the accused and are still investigating the motive behind the theft. They have recovered one of the stolen cows based on the tip-off information provided by the accused. The investigation is ongoing.
