HUBBALLI: Nine Ayyappa devotees suffered burn injuries after an LPG gas cylinder exploded at the Eshwara Temple in SaiNagar in Hubballi on Sunday night. The incident occurred while the devotees were asleep. The cylinder is suspected to have leaked, causing a fire that led to the blast.
The injured devotees are undergoing treatment at KIMS Hospital, and their condition is critical. Deputy Commissioner of Police Nandagavi visited the place and conducted an investigation.
