BENGALURU: Despite the wet conditions and the constant drizzle, some youths were caught on camera popping wheelies on Nagarbhavi road on Sunday. This despite repeated warning from the police about booking the culprits under stringent laws.

The youths were caught on camera riding two-wheelers without registration plates. Netizens, who shared the video on social media, have demanded strict action against the youths.
