HOSKOTE: A case under the POCSO Act has been filed against Chethan Kumar, a resident of Kaveri Nagar in Hoskote, for allegedly raping a 17-year-old minor girl.
The girl’s father filed a complaint at Hoskote police station, stating that Chethan Kumar had raped his daughter multiple times.
The father alleged that the accused lured the college-going girl and raped her. The Hoskote police have registered a case under the POCSO Act and taken up further investigation.
